Data Processing

sup.coop is part of Coopaname, a cooperative production company with variable capital, whose registered office is located at 3/7 rue Albert Marquet – 75020 Paris, France, and which is responsible for data processing.

The information you provide us with is collected in order to process your request (question, request for information, project request, etc.). This data is processed by sup.coop / Coopaname, and, in some cases, by specialised subcontractors if your project requires additional skills. Your information will only be used for marketing purposes with your explicit consent.

Our server is hosted in Finland. Some data may also be processed by:

• Zendesk (located in Ireland, Germany and the United Kingdom) for ticket management;
• Hubspot (located in Germany) for commercial relationship management and, where applicable, for marketing (only if you have given your consent).
• eQualitie Inc. (located in Canada) for website security (Web Application Firewall)

For security reasons, your IP address is temporarily verified by our server via reputable, public and internal abuse lists to prevent spam and fraudulent requests. No data is stored if the check is negative.

Mandatory fields:

The fields in the form whose titles are followed by an asterisk * are mandatory. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields, you will not be able to send the form, and your request cannot be processed.

Data retention:

Data is retained for up to 3 years from the date of collection of personal data or the last contact made by the data subject.

Your rights:

In accordance with the GDPR, you can access your personal data, rectify it, request its erasure or exercise your right to restrict the processing of your data. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data or object to it at any time.
